New Jersey Forcing Teachers and Students to Learn LGBT History
New Jersey has become the second state in the country, after California, to mandate that its students learn LGBT history. The new law requires teachers to instruct middle and high school students about the social, political and economic contributions of LGBT people.
A group of parents opposes the new law and will hold a protest rally at the New Jersey statehouse on April 27th called “Man and Woman Up for Christ.”
